Beautiful house with heated pool, located in private subdivision, with 24 hour security. The garden has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. The parking lot is roofed for two vehicles. I don't know can park in neighbors' garages. I do not know to smoke inside the house only outside. The house does not have a washing machine. It is important to mention that at Christmas and New Year minimum 4 nights and 5 days. Puentes 3 nights 4 days. In Holy Week minimum 4 nights 5 days
