You will love this German-style house that is located on the shore of the lake with a very nice terrace, a pool that is integrated into the garden and 6 steps from there is the lake and its beach. It has a boiler that is suggested to be hired but only in the winter season since the rest of the year it is not necessary. (extra cost of $1,500 per day, minimum 2 days) The rental cost increases from the sixth person, so it's important to specify how many guests will be staying.

The property has 2000 m2 with; a very large main bedroom with a King size bed, with a sofa bed, TV and full bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 queen size beds, full bathroom sofa bed and TV and another like bedroom without TV. The main bedroom has a minisplit of A/C. Its use is not included in the booking fee and has an additional cost of $290 MXN per day to cover electricity consumption. We appreciate a conscious and moderate use of the team.
