My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

The accommodation is just as described, it's larger than what's shown in the photos. Paty received us and was very friendly, showed us around and was looking out for what we needed. We washed the accommodation for the night because we went to an event in gardens in Mexico and it was perfect, the location is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food.

Yasser communicated with us all the time very agile, he gave us recommendations to go out to eat very good and he was always aware that we had everything we needed. Everything went very well.

A house with all amenities, the hostess is very flexible in terms of arrival time. It's very hot in May but the pool is very cool and at night with the fan it helps you to sleep cool. As for the kitchen, you can find everything you need to eat and it is very close to places such as a shop, Oxxo, butchers could definitely wash it again.

The house is very comfortable to spend fun-filled days with family or friends in the infinity pool, the garden which is very well maintained, the pier where you can see spectacular sunsets and the lake that is the main protagonist of your stay in this house. The only thing is that both the lake and the house's small beach had a lot of dead fish due to the season, but it's definitely not a house issue. Ursula's service is excellent, immediate and first-class, she is always attentive and gave us very good advice before arriving, so we had a better time than we expected. Also, Ernesto's service, who takes care of the property, is also excellent. He was always attending to any need at the time in the place and with great kindness. And finally, the kitchen and cleaning people, very good cooks, super helpful and in general all very kind! I highly recommend the property!!!
