Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Excelente alojamiento con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Ideal para ir en familia. Además de hermoso, está muy bien equipado y en una hermosa zona. Silencioso.

Jimena súper hospitalaria, muy atenta desde el minuto cero hasta el momento en que nos fuimos. Nos sorprendió lo lindo y preparado que estaba todo, sumado a eso tiene armado un mapita con todos los puntos de interés de la zona!! Recomendamos ir a pasear en bici por la zona de Dique Luján que es muy lindo para recorrer. El espacio es muy cómodo y superó nuestras expectativas, está pensado hasta en el más mínimo detalle. Ideal para hacer una escapada, que estaríamos encantados en volverlo a hacer!! Muchas Gracias Jime! :)

Muy cómodo apartamento con todo lo necesario para la estadía. El edificio está excelente tambien, la piscina muy buena. Sol excelente anfitriona, nos recibió y siempre se comunicó muy rápido. Barrio seguro y tranquilo, bastante cerca del centro. Volvería.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je connais bien Buenos Aires l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter, c'est un quartier sur et agréable avec plein de magasins à proximité, buses, métro et des taxis à tout moment. Adrien le concierge du bâtiment à été serviable et à l'écoute. Paz réponds à la seconde près ! L'appart est confortable et agréable et plus il a l'air conditionné et la petite piscine sur la terrasse fait vraiment plaisir . Ah! petit café artisanal tout bio et vegetarien à 100 mts idée pour un bon café ou les midis ... lave linge à 200 mts . TOUT y est facile .

the place was just as described and pictured. in the best area of caballito. easy communication with Santiago and he was very accommodating to my last minute itinerary changes. recommended!
