A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. The small, fine studio apartment is about 30 m ² and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning across the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast could hardly be nicer. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen serves the preparation of Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom where there is a shower, toilet and sink.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
