In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

The small, fine studio apartment is about 30 m ² and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning across the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast could hardly be nicer. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen serves the preparation of Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom where there is a shower, toilet and sink.

But the tennis court and goldfish pond are also within walking distance. To enjoy the legendary raisin buns at the Dömäne Bill, that would be the day to rent a bike. Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
