Comes complete with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even spices), bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning/heat, satellite tv, WiFi,sometimes, and electric fire place. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**
