The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.

The outside area contains a large dining table, fire pit and a hammock. Downstairs the cabin there is a water where there is set out 8 canoe that you can borrow for free, as well as a gap with barbecue facilities.
