Magic Island: Cabin & Beach Sauna on Your Own Island

Welcome to experience of the unique Taikasaari, located in Väärinjärvi, Ruovesi! The island's cottage and beach sauna were built in the 1950s and renovated with modern amenities. The entire 2000 m² island is for your private use, without any visual contact with other cottages or houses. The cottage has electricity, but no running water. The wood sauna has carrying water and a water pot for heating the water. The sauna terrace has direct access to the lake. The toilet is an outdoor toilet. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.

Welcome to the peace of the countryside! Villa Muusa offers colorful accommodation for groups of up to 8 people (for the best living experience, we recommend a maximum of 6 adults). From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

The apartment fits four guests, and it's up to you if you want to bring a fifth one - there is a foldable ottoman-mattress available too. Only the double bed has been prepared in advance. No need to clean after!

In summertime it's also possible to sleep in a yurt (Mongol tent) on the yard. You can use the old log house sauna and swim in the lake. Kayaks and a row boat available. The destination is great for all kind of groups and people.

Kukkokallio is a high-quality log villa completed in June 2021 on a magnificent cliff plot opening to the west. The villa is located in Kuhmalahti, Kangasala, on the shores of Längelmävesi. The place is peaceful and the nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away. A hot tub (not a jacuzzi) is available for an additional fee of 50 EUR/day and 80 EUR/week

Holiday home A holiday home located in Kuorevesi is for rent. The apartment has its own beach, a traditional wooden sauna and a beach sauna. Four bedrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms, two toilets and a bathroom. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Dishes and bed linen for everyone. The rowboat is also available.
