Magic Island: Cabin & Beach Sauna on Your Own Island

Welcome to experience of the unique Taikasaari, located in Väärinjärvi, Ruovesi! The island's cottage and beach sauna were built in the 1950s and renovated with modern amenities. The entire 2000 m² island is for your private use, without any visual contact with other cottages or houses. The cottage has electricity, but no running water. The wood sauna has carrying water and a water pot for heating the water. The sauna terrace has direct access to the lake. The toilet is an outdoor toilet. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.

Lovely apartment on the shore of the lake

Stay in my personal, slightly 70s-style, two-room apartment with a wood-burning sauna near the center of Orivesi. The yard has its own beach and jetty, and in winter the adjacent beach also has the city's ice swimming spot. As a special feature, there is an outdoor fireplace where you can warm up by the fireplace even in cooler weather. There is accommodation for up to 6 people. I live in the apartment with my children every other week, every other week the apartment is empty and there is an opportunity to rent it to you :).

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get to the destination by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The hot tub (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).
