Grundpreis gilt für 2 Gäste. Eingeschlossen sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Reinigung der Räumlichkeiten. Für weitere Personen, max 2 werden jeweils 33 € aufgeschlagen. Assistenztiere können nicht aufgenommen werden!

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

The apartment is located directly on the Rhine in Oberkassel on the quiet, cool garden side. It is fully equipped for longer stays and furnished with high-quality art and furniture. The new luxurious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and the separate kitchen has a dining area for 4 people. The combined living/sleeping room has a double bed, sofa bed, baby bed, large closet, desk, smart TV and stereo system. Parking is free, electric charging station 50 m away.

The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.
