I am happy to stay in kyoko's house, even during the Golden Week holiday, the room has a good value for money. In the early days, kyoko helped us with lots of questions and tips and was very attentive. At check-in, the room is on the second floor, the shared bathroom and the sink with dry and wet separation are also very clean. At the same time, hot spring tickets and towels are provided, which is very convenient for us to wash up at Fosushan Onsen.Although the homestay will take about 12 minutes to walk from the station, there is a large supermarket and a pharmacy on the way home, it is still convenient to buy daily snacks and supplies.Special thanks to kyoko for your support during your stay, as well as the lovely fur, anise, hop, and mellow company for a great time together.I look forward to visiting Takamatsu again next time.❤️❤️❤️

We loved our stay with Miku and her cat 🐈 Sunny. There is a little book shop attached to the house that Miku runs and I did manage to find some books in English. Miku was very friendly, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying here😊

Kyoko's place was really nice. I also appreciated the hospitality of the animals. There was an electric pad, so I was able to sleep warmly. Pushozan Onsen is also close, so if it was possible, I wanted to stay for a few days. Kyoko's dinner was also delicious. Wine and sake:) Make a reservation and try it! If I go to Takamatsu, I will go again. Thank you:)

A single room in a female-only inn that allows pets.

As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed my stay at Kyoko’s place. Kyoko is a very friendly, patient and loving person who makes me feel home right away. Every night I went home, I was also greeted by momo, hop, anise and maruo the ambassadors of her place. This is definitely adding some lovely memories to my trip. Kyoko herself is very helpful and is also very willing to show me the very local side of the town, and answering every question I had patiently. I am really glad to get to know her in Takamatsu. Also, the place itself is so close to a famous onsen place in Takamatsu that you can go every night to shed away the tiredness of your trip. All in all, it’s a 5-star experience !

Lemon tree hotel

YiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay in Lemon tree with amazing sunset ( cold beer in hand which was brought to us just in time by Kentaro !) and delicious dinner with seafood and salad! The roasted sea snail is fresh and well done. The living space is spacious and with a view over the sea. Ken is very responsive and came to the port to greet us. The eco friendly environment and practices are impressive. We also enjoyed the home made herbal tea! The only drawback is that doors are bit low so be careful when in and out :-) thank you Ken and family for your hard work and hospitality! Highly recommend to my friends.

100-year-old house, main house you can stay in, Marutoshikaku (2nd floor - green room)

My mother and her husband stayed together. It was a fine old house built in a rich rural landscape.I found and read my favorite book at the bookstore next door, and I had a relaxing and relaxing time in the tatami room. The stars were so beautiful at night☆ There were also a lot of condiments and cooking utensils in the kitchen, which was easy to use.You can also source ingredients at a nearby store. The day I stayed was New Year's Day, so the landlord served me zoni for breakfast! They took care of everything, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you so much!
