This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. All-you-can-use sauna, private rental, old private house

An old private house that was renovated by the owner "JP", who loves DIY, who dreamed of an ideal life and renovated a 150-year-old house. You can enjoy the Irori, a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace, and the world's only egg-shaped sauna. The egg sauna is especially recommended, as it was created with a shape that allows heat to circulate naturally. This is all handmade (DIY)! Feel both the heat of the wood stove in the sauna and the creative heat of JP. You can also enjoy hot pots and grilled fish skewers in the hearth, which has been restored by DIY. Please bring all your own food, so please come after buying it at a nearby supermarket. The location is a region called "Kobo" in the foothills of Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture. Nishi-Awakura Village, which is becoming a popular topic as a village of local creation and migration, is just around the corner, so I think it would be interesting to stop by on the way.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
