'Ολα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν δικό τους κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση, πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι από το καθένα καθώς και δάπεδο απο ξύλο δρυός.Τα κρεβάτια ειναι διπλά (160Χ200)με καινούργια στρώματα king koil. Διαμέρισμα άνετο σε ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης. Υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση και χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα στην αυλή της οικοδομής ο οποίος όμως δεν είναι κατάλληλος για μεγάλα αυτοκίνητα. Υπάρχουν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση mini market και εστιατόρια. Η περιοχή είναι ανάμεσα στο κέντρο και την ανατολική Θεσσαλονίκη και σχετικά κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο.

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.

The apartment is located in one of the most quiet yet central areas of Thessaloniki in Karaburnaki. It is located on the fourth and top floor of the building with a nice view and a big balcony(4th without elevator). It's only 15 m2 but made with a lot of love and care to make you feel comfortable. A base for those looking to take one day excursions or for business purposes, but also a very relaxing retreat.
