You will have the entire fenced property with a garden, pond and stream all to yourself. The place is ideal for guests who want to slow down, take a break from the city and enjoy quiet evenings in nature. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips around the Central Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

Cozy accommodation in a caravan above the valley of the Střely River. Come and stop and clear your head in the beautiful local forests. Like in the old days, without electricity and with hand-heated water, you can try a slow way of "being". Don't worry, everything is arranged so that your comfort is not disturbed. On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for spending time together, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. You can expect a spacious common area with a view of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026) and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

There is an apartment for 4 people. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, a glass-ceramic hob, a kettle and a wine cabinet. Of course, there are dishes and a dining service. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a quality mattress and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a mirror, a toilet and a spacious shower. In the bedroom you can sleep on a comfortable king size bed. The apartment is air-conditioned and has its own WiFi network.

In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

The hiking, skiing and cycling trail network offers numerous possibilities. You can swim in the nearby Lehmhaider pond.

It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind. The fully equipped apartment is a good place to stay with two adults and one child in the bedroom. Our mountain hut is located on a small dirt road surrounded by meadows on a mountain slope. You have a very nice view of the valley and also of the Pobershauer church. Neighbors are only some distance away. In summer, sheep graze on the surrounding meadows. In winter, you can go sledding directly from the house. With the fireplace, it is cozy in all seasons.
