Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a newly-built apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is located behind Sandvik's harbor tavern, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer, there are restaurants, cafes and ICA Near everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you take our bikes for your own secluded place. Öland offers many excursions for those who want to explore the island. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening on the patio.

Very responsive between the apartments! Condominium at Strand Hotell Borgholm. 35m ². One bed, 180 cm. Can fit two extra mattresses on the floor that the guest brings if needed. Balcony, which is shared. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. Note the pool is open Mon-Fred 08-16, until 8/12, then it's closed and reopens on 3/28 -24. Then open all days 08-22. Please note that it is a 180 cm bed with an entire mattress, as you can see in the picture!

Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn.
