Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kalmar County

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

Staten is a well accommodated residence in a very quiet and beautiful surrounding. Andreas is a great host who had foreseen some chocolate biscuits as welcome gift for our family, which our children greatly appreciated. He was also at all times very responsive to questions we had and gave plenty of suggestions to explore the region. We can surely recommend this house to all future guests and hopefully they will have a similar positive experience as we had.

We had a great stay in Trollebo as a family. We didn't miss anything in this house. In addition to the great area where there is a lot to do (thanks to the tips of Johanna and Chris) it is a wonderful stay that is extremely clean and there are all the amenities you can think of. For the children, there is even a games room with a lot of toys for all ages. And if you want to relax yourself, you can easily use the sauna in the garden. Another tip is the delicious freshly baked bread that was made by Johanna highly recommended. In any case, Johanna and Chris were always ready, which made you feel right at home. All in all a great stay where we will definitely come back as a family! Mark

The house is situated right next to the river with beautiful views. Nice rooms, well equipped with a large Smart-TV, nice furniture, a large kitchen and a nice terrace. Good mix between traditional Swedish and modern.

French couple with our two teens 🇫🇷 Nice house with all the comforts you could want. Castle views. Very cozy exterior and veranda. The pluses! Sauna and especially the zebra club… to be discovered, I won't say more. 😉 We had a lovely long weekend! 🇸🇪 Everything can be reached on foot. King's summer castle, fortified castle and baim. Very beautiful landscape! You are completely alone (except for the castle, but that's also a bit away) so there is comple silence except for the birds, the water (wich you have a absolutely stunning view on).. The inside was perfectly clean and organized, however it is to note that the building isn't quite finished yet: All of the light switches are missing (the only way to control the light is via a single tablet, but you'll get used to it quickly). The fireplace wich is advertised is there but not connected to a chimney, wich makes it unusable (there's just a candle inside). Other than that the house has everything you could possibly need (especially in the kitchen). Overall just great!

That was the best place I visited in Sweden so far. Lovely house in a nice area. Sauna and a lake next to it, the wifi signal was strong. 100% we will come back
