Cabin Basebo in the Countryside!

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Nybyggd och ljust inredd stuga på 30m2 färdigställd våren 2021. Havsnära läge med delvis sjöutsikt på Sjuhalla, 1,5 km utanför Nättraby i Karlskronas vackra skärgård. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum. Utfällbart köksbord för att spara utrymme vid behov. Vardagsrummet har TV och bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Rymligt badrum med dusch. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Nytt toppmodernt hus i centrala Kalmar - Ironman!

Helt nyrenoverat hus med parkering, luftkonditionering samt uteplats i centrala Kalmar! Nära till både Kalmar centrum och Kalmar slott! Perfekt för Ironman: Cyklingen går i båda riktningarna precis utanför huset! Dessutom ca 250 meter till löpsträckan och gångavstånd till starten för simningen! Ca 1500 meter till Bike Park. Ironmanveckan bokas i sin helhet minst 6 dagar 13-19 (eller 14-20) augusti.

Cosy holiday cottage in nature reserve

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.

Charming cottage, located in Färjestaden on Öland

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
