Vacation rentals with a patio in Kalmthout

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au calme. Le logement était propore et le lit confortable. Il y a des commerces de proximité. Yonne est accueillante et serviable. Nous avons fait des visites accessibles en 1h de voiture (moulins, tulipes, château, Utrecht). Le restaurant La brasserie de Pastorie est très bon. Vous pouvez réserver en confiance.

Die loftartige Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, geräumig, sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen mit Zugang über einen Hof. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war ideal für 4 Personen, tadellos sauber und die Küche bot alles, was wir für unseren Kurzaufenthalt von 3 Tagen benötigt haben. Bei warmem Wetter kann man sogar in einem kleinen Hof draussen essen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Hof vor dem Appartment. Die Zufahrt ist allerdings recht eng für ein grösseres Fahrzeug und man muss über eine schmale Zufahrt rückwärts ausparken. Wir haben daher teilweise auf der Strasse geparkt. Die Gegend ist in Bahnhofsnähe und es gibt viele kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte im Quartier.

Was a great place to stay and it felt very homey, balcony was great and the hosts was really good I would definitely recommend :))

Een fijne AirBNB met schone en eigen voorzieningen. Het ligt redelijk in de buurt van grote wegen, maar hier merk je binnen vrijwel niets van.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Hafen und kann auch innerhalb von 30 Minutrn bis in die Innenstadt laufen. Um die Ecke sind ein paar nette Cafés. Wir würden wiederkommen. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war auch sehr praktisch.

logement proche de la gare ( moins de 10 minutes à pieds), proche de commerce, du zoo et des quartiers historiques. hôte très réactif, vu le nombre de fois que je l'ai dérangé pour l'ouverture de la porte de garage 😁

Heel fijn, ruim en smaakvol ingericht huis met een mooi tuintje aan de achterzijde. Goed bed, goede douche en goed uitgeruste keuken. Prima locatie ook: aan de ene kant van de straat het museum voor de schone kunsten, aan de andere kant de Marnixplaats met leuke barretjes. Simon is een aardige, attente host en de communicatie verliep vlot en vriendelijk. We komen graag nog eens terug!

We really like paul's house, the location is very strategic and there are lots of restaurants around his house. What we like is that access to transportation is also very easy if we want to go to the surrounding small towns. We also get a parking space inside the apartment building which is super convenient for both of us. We really like the flat because is very unique, for example TV room are separate from dining room which is in between of the room have little garden make the room more comfortable and cozy. We also really like the dining table and chairs, they are super comfortable, we want to take the chairs back to Austria …..😅 ( just kidding) The bedroom is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft and the room is beautifully furnished. Thank you Paul’s for your kindness and also for making the Hause more like home to us, we both really appreciated. 🙏🙏 Troy&Puji

We hebben genoten van het huis van Annelies, Wim en Camille. Alles was aanwezig. Lekker flesje wijn en snacks om gelijk in de vakantie stemming te komen. De omgeving kenden wij al en voelde als thuiskomen. Veel gewandeld in De Schorre, een ochtendje naar Brussel geweest en gewerkt vanuit het huis. Er is een zeer snelle internetverbinding wat erg prettig is. Het huis is met grote zorg ingericht en in elke ruimte voorzien van heerlijke geurstokjes. De communicatie met Annelies verliep erg prettig en Annelies was goed bereikbaar. Daarbij is ze ook zeer behulpzaam. Wij raden iedereen sterk aan om dit leuke en gezellige huis te boeken. Hopelijk komen wij gauw weer eens terug.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Genoten van de tuin en de omgeving. Prima bedden, fijne badkamer en keuken.

Een verborgen parel. We voelden ons helemaal thuis in Eva's vakantiehuis, dat weliswaar in een vakantiepark (met alle voordelen van dien) ligt maar toch heel persoonlijk en met smaak is ingericht en bovendien nog uiterst rustig is ook. Het huis is heel ruim en gezellig, bijna schilderachtig. De tuin is ingedeeld met verschillende terrasjes om op elk moment van de dag zon te pakken en nodigt uit om te genieten in de natuur. Veel licht en prachtig zicht op de velden. De locatie is top, in de vier windstreken vertrekken fietsroutes naar mooie plekjes. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je de bossen in. De streek biedt een gevarieerd landschap en kindvriendelijke horecagelegenheden, wij vonden de Bij Ons boerderij niet ver van het logement een echte aanrader voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Eva is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze doet er alles aan om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Een plek met een ziel. Wij komen terug.

Karen is a wonderful host. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Etten Leur. The morning breakfast basket was a perfect combination of fruit, juice, breads, and eggs. Would book again in a second!

Zeer mooie en schone accomodatie bij vriendelijke host. Bij vragen was er steeds snel contact. Makkelijke parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Vlotte wisseling van beddengoed en handdoeken wanneer nodig. Het was zeer fijn om hier "thuis" te komen en we komen zeker nog wel eens terug in de toekomst

Anita est une hôte très sympathique et accueillante. L'endroit est top, paisible, agréable et bien rangé. J'ai en tous cas passé un bon petit séjour !

Christophe is een zeer beschikbare en attente host. Het brandschone appartement ligt op een geweldige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Enorm uitgebreide basisvoorzieningen en een leuk welkomstgeschenk zorgden voor een zorgeloos verblijf. De inbegrepen parking werd zeer gewaardeerd. Om zonder twijfel aan te raden!

Een verborgen pareltje. Wat een fantastische plek. Heel centraal in het centrum, maar geen last van lawaai. Handig parkeren met P&R en het laatste stukje met de tram. Van alle gemakken voorzien, fijn ingericht , schoon en fris. We voelden ons gelijk thuis. Wij gaan zeker terug komen. Patrick en Inge waren zeer responsief. Bedankt ! We hebben genoten.

Un séjour merveilleux, nous sommes comblés. Nous nous sommes sentis "aux petits soins" : tous les détails sont pensés pour notre plus grand confort, le tout dans un environnement très élégant et très confortable. Le quartier est sympa, jeune, moderne et dynamique. Le nécessaire est à proximité. Hannes est très aimable, accueillant, la communication est excellente. Anvers est très belle, nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir !
