Penelope’s house is in a beautiful position, with a wonderful terrace overlooking Kioni. There is a 10-minute walk to the harbor along well-maintained steps. Penelope and Spiros were excellent hosts – the check-in was very smooth - Spiro met us and helped with bags and Penelope had wonderful homemade treats waiting for us when we arrived. We were given a late check out due to late ferry and flight, which we really appreciated. The house is serviced every 4 days to replace towels, sheets, and empty bins, and it is very well equipped for cooking. We will be back for sure!

Nice, complete and welcoming apartment. Rubije was waiting for us and showed us the space, as well as directed us to have a good time in Aitoliko. Perfect for anyone looking for quiet.

The apartment is exactly as described in the other reviews — directly on a beautiful, almost private beach with crystal clear water and a mesmerizing array of fish (some quite large). Beautiful terrace where we watched a dramatic lightning storm. Very clean, one bathroom, separate outdoor toilet. Comfortable living room and eat-in kitchen, all conveniences (iron, hoover etc, PS3 games control (which my sons loved), Greek TV. On the local very small beach there are two restaurants - Kavos (fabulous home cooking and service) and a slightly busier one further away. We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with the apartment. The only problem we ran into was some difficulty buying food on the island (three small shops and an excellent bakery, but shops not always open). If we came again, as we hope to, we would stock up on everything in Mytikas before arriving. Effie is a truly exceptional host. The other reviews have it right — a fantastic place.

Roberto's apartment is very quiet with wonderful views of Kalamos Bay! The floor plan of the apartment is well thought out. We felt very comfortable there and in the surrounding area. Mytikas is a charming, peaceful place with few tourists. You can climb, hike and swim and snorkel in the crystal clear water. We enjoyed our stay there very much and extended it twice. In case of problems, Roberto and Evi were always available with a lot of commitment. Both speak very good English!
