Monthly Rentals in Kalogiros

Spiros and Foteini are great hosts. They were available for support at all times. Spiros was really helpful and welcome us on the island and guided us around. Due to the lack of A/C the house is really hot, so when we asked for an extra fan, Spiros sent us one right the next day! He was always there to help even in the night when we needed help! Pros: The house is really beautiful and the landscape amazing. The fact that you can take the car and/or bike to move around. The nature is thriving and you can smell the forest in the air. The house has many plants around creating a nice atmosphere! The hosts are really kind and supportive! Cons: the house is under the sun constantly making it really hot, in absence of wind! To sleep the shades have to be open to allow some breeze in, allowing also the sun and the noise from neighbors. The car is needed to move around so the price is increased. If there was A/C and the car included I would give 5/5 on the price. I strongly suggest the house!

Roberto's apartment is very quiet with a wonderful view of the bay of Kalamos! The floor plan of the apartment is well thought out. We were very comfortable there and in the area. Mytikas is an enchanting, quiet place with few tourists. You can climb there, hike and swim and snorkel wonderfully in the crystal clear waters. We enjoyed our stay there and extended it twice. In case of problems, Roberto and Evi were always available to us with a lot of commitment. Both speak very good english!

This was a charming stay in Astakos, exactly like the description. Small but very cozy and comfortable. The garden in the back was lovely.
