A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

The first floor has a bright living room and kitchen, and the second floor has a bedroom and a bench by the window.Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer are available, making it ideal for long-term stays and workations. If you want to enjoy both sightseeing and accommodation, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more. You can experience the charm of this place more deeply by visiting Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate during the day and spending a quiet time at the inn at night. It is a convenient base for sightseeing, with Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate just 30 minutes away by car.Within walking distance, you can enjoy the highly transparent waters of Kotohikihama Beach and other walking spots, with different activities to enjoy in each season. Experience "living like a local" in a place a little away from the bustling tourist spots.

Kakayamahütte is a three-story bungalow-style facility.The first floor is a parking lot and a bathroom.Upstairs is the kitchen and dining and living space.The 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors are common spaces for guests. You can bring your own ingredients and cook in the kitchen.It is fully equipped with kitchenware. Please bring your own condiments. You can also barbecue in the garden.(additional charge) The pool with spring water is the best. (summer) 18 minutes by car from Hachi Kita Ski Resort. BBQ, fireworks, bonfires (for a fee) are available in the large garden. Yoko's famous water, Shimizu, gushes in front of the house. The people in the city also come to collect it, and it is very delicious water. It is a very quiet rural town with lots of nature. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time with your loved ones. Mt. Subu, one of the 50 mountains of Hyogo, is also close by, so please use it for mountaineering inns.(20 minutes by car to Suwatake Trailhead)
