Gianna and Brian's place was an amazing oasis for me in Merida for 10+ days. It is a very modern smart apartment with everything connected with smart buttons or Alexa controlled. It has everything from an instant pot to a robot vacuum for people to feel right at home. The WiFi is very fast and there are enough places in the apartment to work from. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighbors are extremely friendly and were very happy to share a meal with me. The public transit to centro is a very easy 10-15 min bus ride from near the Airbnb and it is well marked on Google Maps. A big Plaza (Plaza Oriente) is about a 10 min walk where there are numerous grocery stores, banks, mobile shops etc. All in all, it was a great stay at Brian and Gianna's apartment, and I can't wait to return again in the winter.

The place is perfect if you take a car. There are also motorcyclists and around there are many shops and food, they welcome you super friendly and everything is very nice

The apartment was just what you see in the photos and the description everything is very well planned is the apartment , there is only one detail the bathroom sink is very small so if you are big it will be very uncomfortable to wash your hands👐. It has hot water with very good pressure, it has a kitchen and the basics, we did not ulcile it because we wanted to try Yucateca gastronomy. a few meters away is an oxxo and bodega aurrera, and many restaurants on the avenue, the center if it is far but with the collectives that pass right in front of the apartment you arrive in 20 minutes. The Internet is very fast and has Netflix. The truth is very satisfied with the hosting, if I go to Mérida again I would not hesitate to book it again. super attentive Antonio. thank you.

Our stay was just excellent, like being at home. Everything was spotless - clean, tidy and very comfortable. The furniture, the beds, the hammock, the pool and the patio, all in perfect condition. From the beginning, the service was very good; we were greeted with clear instructions and special details such as coffee, which I personally loved. In short, if you have the opportunity to stay in this house, do not hesitate. They will have a wonderful time as a family. I come back without any hesitation
