Monthly Rentals in Kangar

The homestay is big and spacious. We booked for 13 people (but ended up with 10 as my parents didn't sleep there) and it was very comfortable. The homestay is beside a paddy field, and the view is superb. The sunrise is very calming, and the sunset view is beautiful. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The pool has 2 section; the shallow section is suitable for small children who cannot swim (but make sure there's an adult supervising). The WiFi is stable, with Njoi & Netflix available. The owners, Mr. Amin & Mrs. Dila, are very kind and will reply to your queries promptly. Highly recommend to all.

The house is secured with private parking. Bedroom is comfortable. Overall recommended

We had a fantastic stay! Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the horses - they were the highlight of our trip. The stroll along the Perlis paddy fields was beautiful, offering amazing views. The place itself was clean and felt new. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Uzair is a very accommodating host. He was able to cater to our needs and is very responsive. I like that his house is clean and find the drinking water system installed in his kitchen very useful and helpful. You have access to unlimited cold water in the hot, hot Perlis. I arrived in Perlis at 4 in the morning and he was flexible and catered to my need of rest by letting me check in earlier. The event that I needed to attend in Perlis was delayed and I was not able to check out at the specified time. Uzair, again, went above and beyond by allowing us to check out an hour later than expected. We were 2 families staying in his place, and we find the place spacious, child-safe and kids-friendly too. Absolutely recommending his place if you are to visit Perlis for a business trip or for a leisure family time.
