Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Great wooden house, very clean as shown on the pictures, only you can't sneak up! 😉 The view is really great! Communication was also quick and easy with the landlords! 👍 We were satisfied and were also able to bridge the time with bad weather well in the house. In the kitchen we only missed larger pots for our number of people (6 adults) - then cooked noodles spread over several pots. But it was also possible 😉

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers available in large numbers. Even a bike shed was offered to us for our bikes. Anytime we would rent this house again!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. Ingo and his wife are one of the best hosts I've ever met. The house is so beautiful and in perfect condition It was a wonderful time we are totally grateful for this wonderful experience. Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! A special thanks to Manuela and her husband Gunther, always keen to help and so welcoming!! We will come surely for another fantastic and relaxing holiday!!

Our stay was super nice. The parking was right in front of the house, which was great. The mountains had felt close to grab and even marvel at the breakfast table. We had just arrived immediately in the holiday feeling. We had also felt well taken care of with our questions and were received in a very friendly manner.

What a great place to stay this is! From the first message contact with David to the reception and farewell with his mother; it was fantastic! The house is beautiful and the location beautiful. You really have your ‘own’ mountain home. The house is light, homely, complete, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the very complete kitchen (more present than shown), the comfortable bathroom with nice shower, the spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and the nice balcony. The jam of David's mother and the tips for the surroundings make it even more complete. We made wonderful day trips into the mountains, to Salzburg and other beautiful villages and attractions. We'd love to come back! Thank you David and mother for our wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful home in Austria! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was peaceful. A beautiful, modern, superbly equipped house with everything you could need. The location is simply stunning and the local shops and amenities are all within 5 to 10 min drive. Ubersee train station is close by also and you can easily access Munich and Salzburg in around an hour. All in all it's had the ideal mix of peace and quiet to relax but with easy links to urban attractions and mountain landscapes . Highly recommend you book a week or two !

Maximilian's house is located at the top of the mountain with a very nice view of the valley. It is very quiet and there are some hiking trails nearby. Numerous excursion options are accessible by car. The house offers everything you need and was very clean. Maximilian and his mother are excellent hosts. We will be happy to come back :-)

Our multi generational family of 4 adults and 3 children had a wonderful stay at Angelica’s lovely home. The setting was gorgeous and peaceful with a beautiful, fenced backyard that the children loved to play in (there is a delightful playhouse), and where we enjoyed picnicking at the big table. The home is solidly-built, and clean and comfortable. It is well equipped for cooking and playing games or just relaxing. The location is convenient for nature walks and easy driving distance to Salzburg and Hallstatt. Finally, Angelica was super responsive to any and all questions. We would gladly stay here again!

It’s our second time staying here when visiting family who live locally and also skiing at the Feuerkogel. Accommodation is exactly as described, house is pristine.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!
