A beautiful house that has fully fulfilled our wishes as shown in the pictures. Due to its strategically good location, there are a variety of opportunities for activities. Lisa had also left great tips (also for restaurants). We definitely recommend the place.

A real gem, 10/10 ! An absolutely fantastic place!!! Can highly recommend it. The house is surrounded by stunning scenery with lots of great activities to do and also very well served in terms of resteraunts, shops etc in the village nearby. The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We immediately felt at home. A very cosy place to stay. We will certainly try to come back as we had a great family holiday.

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

We had a really good week with our family with 3 young children. The house is definitely child-friendly enough (children aged 3 and 5). Everything looked cozy and was neatly tidied up. The floor, bathroom, kitchen and rooms were all clean. There was only some dust here and there, but we can live with that. Everything we needed to cook was provided in the kitchen, there is also a small freezer. We didn't have a lot of extra charge on heating and water (wood fire used for heating). Outside, fun toys and various bicycles and scooters are available. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood and thanks to the washing machine and dishwasher we didn't have to spend much time in the household. We enjoyed, definitely one more recommended.

We had very nice days at the place! The house is very nice and well equipped. Everything is very straightforward, will be happy to come back!

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay and had a really nice time there. Communication was great - everything was well described, quick responses and despite self check-in, we felt very welcome by the messages. The house itself is equipped with all the necessary things, very nice and lovingly furnished. You come in and immediately feel at home. The distance to the ski resort or hiking is also great! Most appreciated the proactiveness and personal touches. As we arrived late ar 5pm on Saturday, Christina offerred and helped fill the fridge with our needed breakfast groceries for weekends (shops closed on Sunday). Also helped me buy a sachetorte birthday cake for one of our member. The Hosts surprised us with a birthday greeting card and small gift. Jurgen was on site to welcome and showed us facilities and equipment of the Villa. Gave helpful tips on excursions and best restaurants. We had best days of sightseeing and enjoyed the foods.

We had a really nice weekend at Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, self check-in straightforward. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee machine) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back anytime. Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
