If you want to go up the Kitzsteinhorn, then it's 2.5 km to the valley station from the apartment.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Enjoy a trendy centrally located accommodation in Kaprun. The studio sleeps up to 3 people & has access to a sauna and relaxation room with showers, a ski room with ski boot heating and free parking. Kaprun centre, as well as shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars are 5-7 min walk away (approx. 450m). The bus stop to the ski lifts is 140m away. There are also 2 restaurants on site.
