We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The apartment enjoys a wonderful sea view, perfect for breakfast on the terrace or for a romantic dinner on a weekend or summer vacation. Silent to rest cradled by the waves of the sea, you'll feel like you're on a boat. The location in the historic centre of Grado makes this house very convenient to reach the beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions of the island.
