An entertainer's kitchen and spacious living area, seperate bathroom and toilet and large grounds including a small yard fenced for dogs and attached to the house. Pets are welcome.

Your private suite is inside the main house and separate, with your own digital lock entrance. Walk to the beach, St Clair esplanade cafes and hot salt water pool. 10 mins by car to the CBD. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.
