A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. The Krakonoš apartment is a two-storey, cozy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 35 m² mountain cottage. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven and TV, and a bathroom with a large shower. In the attic bedroom there is a double bed + 1 extra bed. Thanks to its location, it combines peace and authentic mountain atmosphere with walking access to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. Karkonosz 6 apartment in Karpacz is a cozy studio apartment for two. The 26 sqm apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette and a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the nearby forests. The entrance to the staircase is located at the upper parking lot. Guests have access to a public ski room (entrance from the outside with a code, next to the entrance to the staircase). There is a large, free car park located under the building.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Apartment Tomasza 5 is located in a detached house in a quiet area on the outskirts of the very center of Jelenia Góra. The location is an ideal starting point for exploring the Karkonosze Mountains or using the nearby bike trails. Two bicycles are available to our guests, which definitely broaden the possibilities of exploring the area and moving around the city faster. The greenery and garden, where you can drink your morning coffee, complete the atmosphere of the place

Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!
