The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and living room. I have lived there myself for 10 years, and am really happy with this little gem :)

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

I ena stugan finns 4 bäddar och dusch/toalett och i den andra finns 4 bäddar, kök och matplats. Båda stugorna hyrs ut tillsammans så man delar aldrig med okända. Det finns ett varmt SPA med plats för 8 personer med vacker havsutsikt. Bastu finns ej.
