Strand samt havnebad indenfor en kilometer. Cirka 500 meter til Fisketorvet, som byder på gode indkøbsmuligheder. 3 timers parkering ved ejendommen fra kl 08.00 - 19.00 med fri parkering i weekender. Parkeringshus med betalingsparkering indenfor 200 meter. Stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Møbleret altan med vandudsigt.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.
