Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kathu District

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Me and my friend group had a really nice time in Prapa’s place. House is close to the Patong Beach. In a 15 min walk there is a huge mall and bunch of good restaurants. It is also really close to 7/11, bunch of different pharmacies and Tops daily(market) which is a really convenient feature. Overall communication with the host was perfect, she was extremely helpful with our questions regarding our stay. The location of the airbnb is quite good, it is in a really crowded and alive area but the street it is on is quite peacefull. The rooms are quite spacious and toilets were okey as well. We stayed in the airbnb for 8 days and in the 4th day Prapa sent in cleaners which was also a great bonus. If you are in your 20’s this house might be a perfect place for your trip to Phuket with all of the attractions around it. Overall our experience in Prapa’s house was positive and great.

Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

Was such a wonderful host as he allowed us flexible check in and check out. Very accommodating with our requests and such a wonderful place especially if you have kids!

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Pictures do not do this villa justice - it's much larger than it seems, has 4 floors, lovely roof terrace with hot tub and 2 more patios in an amazingly central location in Patong. Cleaning every day was a lovely treat and all the team who helped us during our stay were great including our host who was always very attentive. Would easily recommend and for what you are getting this property represents great value.

Fantastic stay!! The staff were super helpful with absolutely anything we needed. The beach was minutes away with loads of restaurants. A perfect holiday location!!

I highly recommend staying at Naofel's airbnb, it's even better IRL than the photos esp. the entrance at night and exterior design. It has plenty amenities and is a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, next to Kamala beach which turned out to be our favourite in Phuket. The host is kind, very helpful and supported us throughout our stay. I would definitely come back!

The location is in the center of Phuket, it takes more than half an hour away, except for the airport and out of the sea pier, and ten minutes to go to Patong Bar Street and Phuket Town.The villa is inside the Red Mountain Golf and is very quiet and safe.There is 24-hour security in front of the door, and parking is convenient.The house is beautifully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen.A large pool with a small bubble pool on the side of the master bedroom.Four bedrooms three toilets, both of which are convenient for vacationing together.There is a row of bar bistros and some small restaurants on the doorstep, tops, 7-11 as well.There is a local market just a few hundred meters away, and local specialties and vegetables and fruits are inexpensive. Focus: Host Andy is very nice, emotionally stable, well-described, responsive, and helpful. Thank you.🙏
