We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.

My place has beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. 200m to the lake. 10% discount for 7 or more nights. Walking distance to many nice places. I charge a basic fee for 2 people and $50 each extra person, maximum of 4 people., Planes fly overhead. Most guests enjoy this.
