Hi dear future guest :) Planning a trip to Kazakhstan? We invite you to stay with us. We are a couple from Astana, Svetlana and Viktor. We rent a one-room apartment with a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a wardrobe. We've just renovated it for guests. The house is located in a residential area - in the center of the right bank. The embankment is a 15-minute walk away. A 15-minute drive to a shopping center with a movie theater.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The location of the apartment would allow you to reach every destination you need easily, whether by bus or by car, even by walk. Only 10 minutes walk to the Botanic garden. Even though the studio isn’t big enough (25sq.m.) the arrangements were adjusted following separate zones of the dining area and sleeping space.
