Efthymios was the type of person you wanted to roll up and take in your suitcase. always responsive, and anticipating your next question. great suggestions . if it was within his power to do, he did it. We were 3 sets of families so the guest cottage was great to give more privacy to us all. Great space. could host wedding guests and even the dinner. there is a large space below that could accommodate 60 to 80 people for a seated dinner. amazing covered area for dining all day. plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. we were barely inside but everything worked just fine. we look forward to coming back. thank you Efthymis for all your recommendations. day trip on the rented boat to see unaccesible beaches was our favorite day.

This is a beautiful place. Fabulous views, gorgeous garden. Its very clean and well equipped. You definitely need a car..there are some great walks and stupendous views from the door though. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The house is comfortable with 3 levels, upstairs has a bed and a couch, in the middle one bed and a bunk bed and on the lower level another bed. Our stay was in the midst of an extreme heatwave, on the lower and middle level the beds were cool despite the heat, on the upper level the truth is that we were warm enough. In her honor, Sofia offered to buy us a second fan when we requested it. Communication was immediate. The house has everything you need . In the parking lot there is a general difficulty as there is only a small space at the entrance of Chora and everyone else park in street. From the entrance of the country to the house takes a walk around 7 minutes. Thanks so much for staying!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

Accommodation is comfortable, practical, and as described. Katya is very responsive and responded very clearly and quickly to my questions. We stayed one night there In the evening we were able, after a short walk, to reach the beach for a last meal by the sea, and the next morning we quickly and easily reached the airport by uber. A very nice apartment with good space and spacious balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. If you are travelling by car, this place is perfect with its closed parking in garage, and quick and easy access to the main highway and the bigger intersections in the Athens area. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

George and Georgia were phenomenal hosts. They provided a once in a lifetime experience and I am really looking forward to visit them again.The best part was that they had a dessert in the fridge for my birthday. Thank you!

We stayed with Oleg for the second time. He is the perfect host: extremely proactive, fast communication and very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. The view from this apartment never ceases to fascinate me! Everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay is available. The bedroom is quiet and the bed delightful. The Internet is very fast. We look forward to returning again in the near future!

we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and Panos was THE BEST!!! he made our sty even better!! he even made renting the car so easy, and it was so reasonabley priced. We had a very good time at Angelica's. The apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated. The opportunity to swim in the pool (even if it was already very cold at the end of October) and to enjoy the sun on beautiful sun loungers by the pool was very good. Angelica is super nice and friendly and responded quickly and helpfully to all requests and inquiries. + she speaks multiple languages!!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

We had a very nice week at Anna’s house, the area and house were great, Anna was easy to join and reactive if needed.

This is our 4th time returning to Kea Island... Anna's villa is the best and most beautiful of the villas we have rented on the island. This villa offers an amazing spotlight and a view of the sunset. A very well-maintained flower garden with very nice corners to have an aperitif and especially to nap every day in the shade. In terms of amenities, everything was perfect! We didn't want for anything. The garden furniture is of very good quality that offer real comfort to lounge by the pool which is very well maintained. The pool is top notch! The villa is located on the heights of Kea (above Loulida) By scooter: 5 minutes from Loulida, 15 minutes from the port, 30 minutes from Koundouros etc... Anna is a "super host." A very nice person. She greeted us at the port and was kind enough to accompany us to the villa. We highly recommend the villa. WONDERFUL STAY!!! Thank you Anna

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

Great stay in Vourkari. Very pleasant house, access on foot to the port, and to a small beach. Very nice view from the terrace of the house. Nikos is a very responsive and efficient host. Mona welcomed us very warmly, and is also very responsive.
