The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

The house is comfortable with 3 levels, upstairs has a bed and a couch, in the middle one bed and a bunk bed and on the lower level another bed. Our stay was in the midst of an extreme heatwave, on the lower and middle level the beds were cool despite the heat, on the upper level the truth is that we were warm enough. In her honor, Sofia offered to buy us a second fan when we requested it. Communication was immediate. The house has everything you need . In the parking lot there is a general difficulty as there is only a small space at the entrance of Chora and everyone else park in street. From the entrance of the country to the house takes a walk around 7 minutes. Thanks so much for staying!

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. All incredibly thought out for the best stay for guests. Great communication with Hosts!!!! Christos thank you for everything!!!! So long!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Antonis is very kind, friendly and extremely willing. Clean and tidy . In fact , the photos don't do him justice . The location is relatively good , Dryopida was not accessible on foot, however. The entrance to the space was relatively difficult because it was on a bend in the street and at night there was no light to make it easier to locate the house and the entrance. It was quiet and private . If and when the surrounding area is formed it will be an ideal home for someone's stay in beautiful Kythnos! I note that we also had our little dog with us.

The house was great, just like in the photos! The whole place was very clean and comfortable, as the view and the pool made our stay even more beautiful. Marios and Katerina were helpful and always available. They also gave us helpful tips and suggestions for the island, and were flexible on check-in and checkout times. Thank you very much!

We had a very nice week at Anna’s house, the area and house were great, Anna was easy to join and reactive if needed.

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Dimitris and Nancy’s place is very welcoming and confortable. They are great hosts and all was just perfect. The view from the house is stunning and you can walk to 2 beautiful beaches . We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to come back.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

We spent 2 weeks in this amazing house with an incredibly beautiful view and great equipment. Everything was perfect (house is very clean, cosy interiors,...) . Aida supported us before and during our hollidays very friendly and immediately! Thanks a lot!

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

The apartment is great and Adriana is a great host. She was always available, eager to help when needed. We had some trouble to find the entrance of the grounds coming from the hills and not from the seaside (Kampi Beach). You may want to check this in advance with Adriana. We loved the place and would always come back. Full recommendation!

This place is truly amazing! The location is absolutely magical, offering a serene and secluded escape. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing one-week getaway. While the road to access it can be a bit challenging, it’s well worth it for the almost private beach and breathtaking views of the sea. The sunsets and star gazing are unforgettable. Nikolas was a fantastic host, making communication easy and ensuring our stay was perfect.

It would be hard to overstate how incredibly beautiful and peaceful this location is. Our host was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived, and even responding late at night when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on. (It’s easy! Just flip the circuit breaker next to “bypass.”) Make sure you bring lots of bottled water and shop for food before you head out to this house, because it’s very remote. Our biggest challenge was driving: We rented a car at LEON by the port, and drove the 30 minutes to the east coast. Our car was a small sedan, and we were worried it wouldn’t be able to make it up the steep switchbacks, especially on the dirt roads closest to the house. But we found out that it’s possible! Go slow, and even a little front-wheel drive car like ours can make it (barely). If we had it to do again, we would rent a Jeep on the mainland and bring it over on the ferry, so we recommend that!
