The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο με 3 επίπεδα, στο πάνω έχει ένα κρεβάτι κι ένα καναπέ, στο μεσαίο ένα κρεβάτι και μια κουκέτα και στο κάτω επίπεδο άλλο ένα κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εν μέσω ακραίου καύσωνα, στο κάτω και στο μεσαίο επίπεδο τα κρεβάτια ήταν δροσερά παρά τη ζέστη, στο πάνω επίπεδο η αλήθεια είναι ότι ζεσταθηκαμε αρκετά. Προς τιμήν της η Σοφία προσφέρθηκε να μας αγοράσει και δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα όταν το ζητήσαμε. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Στο παρκινγκ υπάρχει μια γενική δυσκολία καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας μικρός χώρος στην είσοδο της Χώρας και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι παρκάρουν στο δρόμο. Από την είσοδο της χώρας μέχρι το σπίτι χρειάζεται περπάτημα γύρω στα 7 λεπτά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Το σπιτι ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως και στις φωτογραφίες! Όλος ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός και άνετος, καθώς η θέα και η πισίνα έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη. Ο Μαριος και η Κατερίνα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι. Επίσης μας έδωσαν χρήσιμες συμβουλές και προτάσεις για το νησί, και ήταν και ευέλικτοι στις ώρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.

Dimitris and Nancy’s place is very welcoming and confortable. They are great hosts and all was just perfect. The view from the house is stunning and you can walk to 2 beautiful beaches . We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to come back.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Πολύ καθαρός, άνετος και καλαίσθητος χώρος. Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στον Οτζιά. Χώρος για άνετο πάρκινγκ. Επίσης τα κεντρικά σημεία του νησιού και οι προσβάσιμες παραλίες είναι πολύ κοντά γεγονός που βοηθά στην καλύτερη οργάνωση της παραμονής σας. Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες όχι μόνον πριν από την κράτηση αλλά και καθ’ όλη την παραμονή μας. Τα επτακόσια μέτρα βατού χωματόδρομου ως το κατάλυμα δεν μας προβλημάτισαν. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 25 αστέρια. Όλα ήταν καλομελετημένα και εύχρηστα. Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι κι εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα και πέρασαμε ξεκούραστες διακοπές!

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

The apartment is great and Adriana is a great host. She was always available, eager to help when needed. We had some trouble to find the entrance of the grounds coming from the hills and not from the seaside (Kampi Beach). You may want to check this in advance with Adriana. We loved the place and would always come back. Full recommendation!

This place is truly amazing! The location is absolutely magical, offering a serene and secluded escape. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing one-week getaway. While the road to access it can be a bit challenging, it’s well worth it for the almost private beach and breathtaking views of the sea. The sunsets and star gazing are unforgettable. Nikolas was a fantastic host, making communication easy and ensuring our stay was perfect.

It would be hard to overstate how incredibly beautiful and peaceful this location is. Our host was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived, and even responding late at night when we couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on. (It’s easy! Just flip the circuit breaker next to “bypass.”) Make sure you bring lots of bottled water and shop for food before you head out to this house, because it’s very remote. Our biggest challenge was driving: We rented a car at LEON by the port, and drove the 30 minutes to the east coast. Our car was a small sedan, and we were worried it wouldn’t be able to make it up the steep switchbacks, especially on the dirt roads closest to the house. But we found out that it’s possible! Go slow, and even a little front-wheel drive car like ours can make it (barely). If we had it to do again, we would rent a Jeep on the mainland and bring it over on the ferry, so we recommend that!
