It was cheap and easy to commute to Queen Street train station (10-12 minutes) and other areas in Glasgow. Nikki is a fantastic host, she is very welcoming, warm, caring and kind. Their home and garden is gorgeous, with beautiful and clever details throughout - I would often notice something new, surprising and delightful every day. The garden is a marvelous oasis - the best on the block and the next block over. And the place is a stones throw away from the best park in Glasgow: Dawsholm and of course very close to trains and essential services. Doug and Caroline are exceptionally welcoming and warm hosts, passionate about Scotland and Glasgow. Knowledgeable on all the best non- touristy walking tracks too. The place is immaculate. Consistently clean and pristine, even with two furry friends running around. The dog Erin and the cat Stevie are a wonderful bonus, Erin is always down for a play and Stevie is extraordinarily affectionate, eager to jump in your lap and sleep there for hours if you let him. You will not regret staying at this wonderful abode. Be prepared to catch some stunning sunsets from your gorgeous private lounge room. The perfect Glasgow stay for both long and short trips. Warm,sunny ground floor flat situated in the west of Glasgow. It is a dog and child friendly flat. It is close to 2 railway stations with a direct train to the centre of Edinburgh and the Forth and Clyde canal. The university and the vibrant west in is a short bus ride away. Our apartment block has a harmonious cultural mix . It is a much loved family flat with kind and quiet neighbours so it's perfect for couples,families,business people but not suitable for stag/hen party weekends,thank you.

The location is also ideal - on a lovely, quiet street, just a short bus ride or taxi drive to the city centre and West End. Shops are also nearby, which is also very handy.
