Airbnb is the only way to go! Irma offers a great apartment where you feel at home. Everything is available and in the right place. Irma helps at any time with great tips for the area and life in Lapland. We were able to see the northern lights through her tips and Santa Claus was also on our to-do list. Lovely grandma vibe by the Simo River! Comfortable space and an excellent sauna with a wood stove! Yes, it was a good idea between travel days. So much left to shrink by Simojoki to stay there for a few days to explore the area. If this happens, we'll be sure to stay with Tepo again. Thanks again, Teppo!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Elina was very quick to reply and help us out. The house was big and had everything we needed and more for a short stay in Haparanda/Tornio area. The sauna was good and the various spaces were all comfortable. It’s a great option and I would stay again
