Vacation rentals with a patio in Kemijärvi

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je ne peux pas mettre 6 mais ça les vaut largement ! Notre séjour chez Eija a été exceptionnel, elle est très accueillante et son logement est tout simplement fabuleux. La propreté est irréprochable, tout y est pensé et bien pensé. Eija a le soucis de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes parfait et c’est réussi. Nous voyageons partout dans le monde et nous avons rarement trouvé un endroit comme celui ci. La vue et l’accès sur le lac sont un atout majeur. Nous aurions aimé rester encore et encore.

깨끗하고 집도 넓고 매우 좋아영. 도심에서 조금 거리가 있지만 오히려 노바니에미 느끼기에 최적이라고 생각합니다. 맥날하고 가장 큰 슈퍼는 오히려 가까움 ㅎㅎ (걸어서 10분) 다만 조금 아쉬운건 키 수령 반납이 집에서 꽤 거리가 있는점이 불편하고, 식기류가 살짝 지저분 햇습니다 ㅠㅠ 하지만 호스트 짱짱 친절, 집은 완전 만족

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Der Check in hat auch gut geklappt und Alisa hat uns super viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, zum Beispiel zum Ort oder zu möglichen Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet! Es gab beispielsweise Gewürze oder Nudeln, oder auch Schlitten zum benutzen.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé au centre de Rovaniemi. Le sauna est un véritable plus dans ce pays du froid. Les hôtes sont très gentils et réactifs dans la communication. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit très calme, bien isolé du bruit. La literie est bien. L'appartement est dans un état impeccable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😊merci beaucoup aux hôtes et bonne continuation

Amazing stay - Sini is an amazing artist and has tastefully decorated the whole place. Gives such a festive vibe as soon ss you enter. It feels cosy - and you just want to chill at the place. Bathroom is clean, and well stocked. Kitchen is well stocked as well - loved the easy to make - hot chocolates at home everyday. Enough space to sleep - with good beddings. All in all great stay

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est agréable à vivre, confortable et facile d’accès. Il faut compter une quinzaine de minutes à pieds afin de rejoindre le centre ville. L’emplacement est cependant bien desservi par les transports. Remerciements à Markuus pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité.

Wir hatten mit fünf Personen eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Der große Raum mit Wohn-, Esszimmer und Küche macht die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Der Schreibtisch auf der oberen Ebene ist optimal zum Arbeiten mit Blick in den Schnee. Alles Wichtige, wie Mülltüten, Klopapier und Spülmittel oder auch Waschmittel waren genug vorhanden. Highlight ist das einmal über die Straße liegende Ski-Langlauf Gebiet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, neue und saubere Unterkunft, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und ausreichend Stauraum für Gepäck/Klamotten. Restaurants, Reiseanbieter (für Ausflüge), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist nett und informativ. Die Unterkunft kann guten Gewissens weiterempfohlen werden. :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rovaniemi chez Mari. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le côté cosy du logement et tout particulièrement le sauna qui a été le bienvenu le soir après une journée passée au froid Tout a été parfait, je recommande ce logement.

We felt right at home, our host Miika had left us some snacks and chocolate which was a surprise after the long trip. We felt very welcomed. The house had option to use sauna and we all had a great night sleep.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Good location, nice ambient

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (indoor und Outdoor Sauna). Gute Lage - absolut ruhig und uneinsehbar und trotzdem in 10 Minuten in Rovaniemi.

Le Logement est magnifique propre et très bien équipé Saara est une superbe hôte elle c'est montré disponible réactif, nous avons commandé le Kit décoration biscuit (boulangerie familiale) les enfants ont adoré il y a un grand espace extérieur pour que les enfants puissent joué, hâte de pouvoir y retourner

I would like to say a huge thank you to MaRi for such a wonderful home and hospitality. The house is located a 45-minute walk from the city center. By bus, it takes only 5 minutes, and the ticket costs €9. The house itself is very cozy. Mari, as a host, is very responsive and welcoming. She replied to messages within minutes and was very understanding. If any help was needed, she was always there to assist. The house is very warm, the sauna is amazing, and everything is exceptionally clean and cozy. Thank you so much! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and acquaintances. I would rate this home 100 out of 100!

Es war super! Die Wohnung ist super zentral, man kann vieles zu Fuß erledigen. Sie ist modern und hat alles, was man braucht.

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.

The apartment is really well located and quite spacious. It was aesthetically pleasing and gave a cozy vibe. There is free parking which is very helpful. The kitchen was also well equipped and there was all the necessary supplies stocked. Enna - our host was very welcoming and helpful. Overall a really great experience in Rovaniemi! Loved it!!!

Beautiful house with two enormous living areas, and 3 bedrooms ... located in a residential neighborhood with a supermarket nearby, and bus to town (30 min walk). Many of the tourist activities in Rovaniemi also offer pick-up and drop-off. The accomodation has everything... big TV, fireplace, sauna - very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. All new and very clean... and well heated. Hannu is a very considerate host, responds rapidly with clear info and instructions. Would love to stay there again ... and longer !!
