Diese schön eingerichtete Schrägdachwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Krefeld Bockum. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen, sicheren Nachbarschaft. Die Straßenbahnverbindung 043, welche zum Bahnhof Uerdingen sowie zum Krefelder Hauptbahnhof fährt, ist in nur 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, ein Cafe und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 2 min zur Autobahn A57, um bspw. in 15min in Düsseldorf oder 45min in Köln zu sein.

The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

Welcome to the Heskeshof on the Lower Rhine! Just a few years ago, agriculture was operated on this historic square courtyard. On the farmhouse, there are now several apartments, guest rooms and permanently rented residential units. We have been offering this apartment since March 2024. The new apartment is located in the former gate building of the courtyard, and is equipped with all the amenities of modern living.

It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
