This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

Come and relax on top of the mountain overlooking Anchorage, Alaska! Walking distance to the Glen Alps Trail Head (Flattop Mountain), but also just a short drive to all the wonderful things to do in and around the Anchorage area, and beyond. ***During snow season, October thru April, you will need all-wheel or 4 wheel drive to access the property. We are also subjected to power outages in our area due to extreme weather conditions***

Relax and enjoy all that Homer and the Anchor River have to offer at this centrally-located cabin situated between Homer and Anchor Point. The property is easy to get to, access is off of Sterling Highway; but it feels like you are tucked away in the woods. The cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed and an upstairs loft with a king bed. Enjoy the private yard and deck with a hot tub overlooking a peaceful spruce forest.
