You can soak away your stresses in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ or toasting smores on the fire pit, which is situated on the bridge over the brook, enjoy reading a book in the king size bed with gorgeous views or relax on the sofa and watch the TV. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home .A 2 minute walk from the train station and a short walk from the centre of Newtown itself. A great base to discover everything Mid Wales has to offer. On street parking is available and there is a car park to the rear offering 24 hour parking for a fee. The property is a 3 storey building with a bedroom on each floor, the living room, kitchen and bathroom are situated on the ground floor. Good views.

But a fully stocked mini Breakfast bar is provided.

We are 3/4 of a mile from the village of Sarn, 5 miles from Montgomery, 5 miles from Newtown, 10 to Bishops Castle, 18 Miles to the Long Mynd at Church Stretton, 29 to Shrewsbury and 44 miles to the beach at Aberdovey.

Modern house located 1 mile from town centre in a quiet rural hamlet. Next to canal path & River Severn. Parking available. Wifi, TV and use of kitchen if required. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.

Twlc Fach is a renovated detached former pig sty which acts as an annex to the main property. Consisting of a bright and airy kitchen/living area with a homely wood burner and under floor heating. The kitchen also includes an electric oven, grill and hob and fridge. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a separate shower and a double bedroom which includes fitted furniture.
