This is the original 1880's farmhouse that was completely remodeled in 2013 and updated again in 2025. Located only minutes from Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado, 40 minutes from Denver International Airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space is for six overnight guests only, no events allowed. Please no sleeping on couches or floors.
