Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
