Monthly Rentals in Key Colony Beach

Jorge was an excellent host! The home is beautiful, right on the canal. It is very well stocked with thoughtful amenities. We particularly appreciated the paddle board/kayaks, beach chairs/umbrella, and well-supplier kitchen. We would recommend his home to anyone visiting the keys!

This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time! This amazing boho beach paradise had everything the comfort of home would have plus more! Karen was so responsive to any questions we had and helped me surprise my husband for our anniversary and made this trip even better! We will absolutely be back here for a trip again!

We really enjoyed it here. The boat dock was perfect, easy access by water to gulf, ocean, and local restaurants. The inside was cozy and comfortable. All necessary household items/appliances were provided. There was parking in front and additional parking across the street. There was room in the driveway for a small boat trailer. Guest membership to the Cabana Club was especially nice with access to the beach, pool, hot tub and restaurant/bar. This location is conveniently located within a short ride to stores, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, this is a very nice rental property and the price was reasonable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We just spent the most amazing spring break at Lynnette’s place. The unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. We had everything we needed, and more. The location is amazing and the heated pool was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. We are a family of 4 with two young children and we cannot wait to come back. Lynnette was always quick to respond, very proactive, and overall extremely pleasant to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and for a better place to spend our much needed break. Thank you, Lynnette, for hosting us!
