“Very welcoming host and extremely informative when we arrived on what was in the area. I would definitely recommend the Indian at the end of the road. Lovely walk down the road and great views from the house. Being able to park right outside was also great as weather was not the best when we stayed.”

“Julian & Annie we’re not around when we stayed, but the communication was very good and we easily gained access to the room. Very clean space. Many thanks.”
The Roundhouse is a unique living space designed to provide comfort & style. Every feature has been lovingly hand made for beauty as well as functionality. The wood-burning stove adds a cosy feeling, while the extensive decking area allows you to make the most of the outdoors. Located in Begelly, the Roundhouse provides convenient access to Tenby, Saundersfoot & other areas of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The quirky town of Narberth is also nearby.
“Firstly let me declare an interest and say that I do know the hosts....we live close by and our children went to school together. I also know some of Neil's passion and flair working with timber....... from large scale structural work to intricate carvings. When I needed to 'house' two unexpected extended family members for Christmas at short notice, Alex & Neil sorted things for me within 30 minutes.... If you want a palatial getaway packed with every electric device from robot a vacuum to a £1000 coffee machine and nearby shopping malls to while away your time........... you will be deeply disappointed. But if you want a unique bolt-hole for yourself or to share with a loved one and enjoy the countryside, the coast or just your own company for a few days....... this is the place for you The round-house has been imaginatively designed and lovingly crafted, from the structural timbers to the unique custom built units and furniture......and full of understated quality detailing. And as much care has been taken ensuring the house sits effortlessly in the environment.....the outside space is part of the house. My surprise guests are already planning to book with Alex and Neil to enjoy some long soft summer twilights, sitting on the wooden terrace drinking in the views, air and an aperitif or six. It is the nearest thing you can get to a tree-house on the ground...... even the smell of the timbers. Anyone who enjoys wildlife, painting, photography, a stopover walking the coastal path or a cycling holiday. Or just a break to relax and drink in birdsong, peace and clean air......... It was scrupulously clean, but Alex and Neil are not just good hosts...... They are experienced, thoughtful and imaginative and it shows in those special little touches, eg on Christmas Eve even when they were busy getting ready for their own family gathering .... they took the trouble to light up the house and garden for our guests at night .... they are both in their 60s but said it was 'magical and so very Christmassy'. It is also excellent value.”
