Monthly Rentals in Kings Grant

My daughter, 2 small pups, and I stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We came into town to tour UNCW and also did a day at the beach and explored downtown by the river. Very clean and perfect that I could travel with my dogs.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was easy. Everything went smoothly. It was a nice quiet space everything is easy to use and it’s close to everything but not so close you have to listen to it it was perfect for me and my family thanks again if I go back to the area I’ll be booking here

The place was as advertised and worked well for our needs. All amenities were well met. The kitchen served nicely as it had induction stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and kuerig coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and access was good. She had outdoor lighting triggered for night time arrivals and comings and goings. The bed and furniture was more than adequate. Shower was spacious and well stocked. We had initial slight concern about accessing through the backyard, which we were told the dog used, but we only saw the dog once in our 3 day stay and it was quite calm and kept to it's own business and did not intrude upon us in any way so a non-issue in our opinion. As senior retirees we would stay here again and felt comfortable and safe.

We have stayed at Jasmyn’s multiple times because we have dogs and it accommodates our family. The place is always clean, she has everything we need if we forget something and Nugget and Zoey enjoy running in the backyard 🐾. It’s a super cute home away from home when we visit our daughter at college. I am sure we’ll be back again! Thanks for being a great host!! 🥰
