Monthly Rentals in King's Newton

Clean and cosy. I was staying here the night before a conference; I felt very safe. Chloe was great at answering a query about a place to go walking nearby.

What a delightful little cottage, beautifully refurbished and immaculately clean! Beds and bedding were super cosy and comfortable, shower was hot and consistent. The attic room was lovely for star-gazing! Susie and the team were friendly and flexible-thank you Susie! The only downsides for us were a lack of private, outside space - the little patio area is very overlooked and would benefit from being developed a little; and being in a very busy village location (which included high levels of road noise, noise from the local pub, and being directly under a flight path). The former isn't within the control of the property owners, and location is a plus in terms of accessing the village amenities-but we were disappointed by it, so it's worth mentioning.

I've stayed at Howard Accommodation several times for business trips. It's a truly lovely place where I don't miss a thing and feel immediately at home. Howard is very proactive and incredibly eager to help with any questions. I would gladly return anytime.

Great place to stay, Eve was incredibly helpful. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped, ideal for what we needed. We would definitely stay again.
