The flat was in the perfect location for people who may need to get to the hospital such as students. Rohit was always quick to respond and would quickly sort out any issues that may arise. Rohit really cared about the safety and how comfortable the people staying were which made you feel right at home.

Well located, furnished to a good standard and the apartment matched the photos and description. Really helpful staff, very amenable and friendly.

Me and my partner visited Cleethorpes for the first time - the apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious. The amenities it came with made it feel as if you could stay there for months without any worries - cutlery, dishware, iron board, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. There were smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which made it really useful for rainy days/ late nights. In terms of cleanliness, I’d give it a 10/10. The apartment itself was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the local shops were only a 2 minute walk away which meant that I never needed to use my car while I was there. There’s also street parking right outside the apartment. In regard to the area, it is well lit and safe, people of Cleethorpes are very friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Me and my partner never really go back to the places we’ve already visited however, if by chance we were ever in Cleethorpes, this is the apartment we’d definitely book again.

Really lovely stay at The View. The apartment is beautifully furnished and was spotless plus a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants. Harrison was so helpful and let us know we could check in early and leave a bit later than the normal checkout if we wanted to. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****

My parents had a lovely stay. Loved how peaceful it was in the area. Walked around the area and the town. Had everything they needed and Joanna was very helpful helping my parents check in. Lovely and warm in the flat. Thank you for a great stay.

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay! Joanna was so accommodating when I explained we would have to leave early due to attending a funeral back home. I asked if she could accommodate us arriving a day early and leaving a day early because of the funeral, and she didn’t hesitate to agree to this. Truly was appreciated. The flat is located just around the corner from the sea front and a 10 minute walk to the local park and high street. There’s a great little retro gaming cafe/bar on the high street called Rage Quit which we highly recommend especially if you’ve got gaming kids. Lovely staff, nice cocktails and good food. The flat was quiet and a perfect size for us as a family of 4. The location was ideal and Hornsea is lovely so we’ll definitely be back for another stay. Thank you, Joanna! 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great, beautifully decorated and elegant. WiFi worked well. Kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Easy check and check out process via lock box. host was very responsive and we had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay we would definitely recommend staying here.

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀

i stay at many places, all over the UK, and this one by far, is one of the best value for money Studios, it has everything you need, and is spacious and smart. have now booked it for the remainder of my stay here. absolutely fantastic.

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

Lovely apartment. Modern, well kitted out little apartment perfect for a short to medium stay. Comfortable and clean with excellent shower facilities, a modern comfortable bedroom, lounge area with big flat screen and large comfortable sofa and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls and cups including some core ingredients and condiments for cooking. Would use again. Great communication and help from the owners too.
