Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Beds are available in the sleeping loft and the bathroom is newly renovated with shower and toilet.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Historic accommodation in 18th century cottage

Have you always dreamed of a small cottage in the forest? Here you will find a unique little cottage from the 1700s. Here you can listen to the crackling from both the tiled stove and wood stove. There are beautiful walking trails and exercise trails in the forest and a small forest lake very close by. There are sheep in the pastures all year round and the cottage is a bit away from the farmhouse where there is a family with children. On the farm there are also other animals such as cats, chickens and ducks.

The cottage is secluded located but close to Borås and Svenljunga for excursions, activities and attractions.
