Everything matched up to the reviews that we had read! Great hosts, very responsive, very helpful with recommendations of places to eat, flexible with check-in and check-out times. We had bad weather at checkout and contemplated staying an extra day, they were willing to give a generous discount without even having to ask for it! Location was perfect with everything in walking distance, even Portsmouth providing the weather was warmer. The location was very private, the room was clean and everything was provided like towels, soaps, paper towels, coffee, tea, WiFi, etc… if you are looking for a quiet and private place in a great location with amazing hosts then this place is it! Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back. This ended up being super close to my family and helped make my trip out so much better. Lisa was super nice and very quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described and the instructions and note were really helpful in getting me setup. I slept super comfy and felt right at home. I will definitely try to book this again the next time I’m out.

The apartment is in a ranch ranch style house. The apartment is small, cozy and comfortable. Clean and nest. The location was quiet, close to the Piscataqua River, we watched the tugs move ships in and out. The area is walkable, the walk into Portsmouth across the river is about 4 miles round trip. The apartment was well located for what we wanted to do. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, pots/pans, spice rack, olive oil, utensils, etc. Dakota was easy to communicate with, usually had a quick response to a text. We plan to stay again

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with family nearby and a beautiful, spotless house. It had everything needed in the kitchen and all the toiletries were provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. Plus, it was conveniently close to stores, gas stations, and historic buildings and forts. I would definitely stay at one of Todd’s properties again.
